Everything was good, hard to really comfortable on a flight that long.

We were told our seats were switched which put us in row 1 instead of 12. We were not able to keep our personal items with us. This caused us not to be able to have our gum to pop our ears and we weren’t able to get our iPads out due to the seat belt sign never turning off.

Tired of being nickel and dimed for every little thing, especially carry-on luggage.

Plane took off without me, my stepdad and a dozen other passengers. It went from an hour delay to boarding in 15 montures without notifying anyone. Names were not called overhead. Now I’m missing a day of work and stuck in Charolette overnight paying for a hotel and Ubers out of pocket

Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!

Seats in coach aren't padded enough for a 6 hour flight

The flight was awful. Apart from the flight delays, it was bumpy and uncomfortable. I feared for my life.

I wish there were no credit card announcements. I paid hundreds of dollars, I don't need to pay again by sitting through advertisements.

American Airlines is awful!! Will never fly with them again. Connection flight left early leaving 22 people in Charlotte with no way to get to Key West for 24 hours. Would not provide hotel or any other accommodations. Bags were delayed two days.

Very, very dirty plane and I fly around one time a month. This plane looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a long time. Otherwise, good flight.

Flight was changed last min. Had a screaming infant a row in front of me and a parent who did nothing to calm the child.

Excellent pilots in an extremely foggy situation. Very good communication with the passengers about possibly being diverted to another airport.

Too many gate changes for someone of my age. Gate changed to another terminal!!!!! Do you know how hard it is to change to another gate???? walking with a bad knee and back with no assistance! You need more transportation workers that can assist the elderly when gate changes happen!

Iberia canceled then rescheduled the first leg of this flight three weeks before my trip left on May 11. I had to cancel and get a refund. And scramble to find a different flight through a travel agency flying on United. And Kayak , you’ve been writing me ever since as if I’m still on this original flight! Pretty scary you have no way of knowing what has befallen your customers! I will never buy plane tix from you again!

As an advantage member I found the experience very positive

The flight from Amsterdam to Dallas was great, ok food, good service, great entertainment. But Dallas to SF was very tiring because of two hour delay inside the airplane waiting for AA paper work in 99 degrees in the sun. We had no oxygen and the pilot had to ask everyone to blast the AC because it was getting too hot inside the cabin.

American Airlines switched aircrafts for some reason and the new plane had to be checked, It took an hour for this while we were on the plane parked. But then we waited one more hour for an officer to come and fill out paperwork so that he could ok the plane or fly it himself, something of that nature. It was 99 degrees in Dallas and we were cooking inside the plane. The pilot had to ask everyone to shut the window shutters and open the air full blow because it was too hot inside the cabin and smelled like gasoline. Worse was that when I bought the ticket, the third party seller called to insist in buying insurance for this flight. I told them no because I was not going to save any money after all, so I made it to SF somehow by a miracle. Why buy insurance when the airlines are responsible for any delay, cancelation, or problem. Please advice third party sellers like Underpricer to not call and try to sell insurance at $100 per passenger.

My flight was cancelled after a 7 hour delay. I am awaiting a refund.

Disappointing. Had to pay 70 euros for one checked bag. Transatlantic flight was cramped, not very comfortable

Ability to select seating would be nice. We were family of three and they had us seated back to back and one of us on the other side of the plane??? That is pretty goofy. Especially when tickets were placed two months in advance.

Good. Madrid to SFO was way better than ARN to Madrid. Mercifully, the seats to Madrid didn't recline. So although there was no leg room, your knees didn't get crushed

Overall was good except for the seat which, for an 8 hour intercontinental flight, was uncorfortable. For that kind of flight seats should have more space, even for economy seats.
